Welcome to the course!

This course is a substratum on which the entire art form of Bharatanatyam is built upon. The course :

  1. Introduces you to different postures and mudras.
  2. Inculcates muscle memory and builds stamina
  3. Introduction to time keeping or Taalams.
  4. Most importantly you learn the movement dynamics and techniques that makes Bharatanatyam what it is today.
